What are your refund politics at Le Rouet?
You can get a refund for your buy on articles at less than 70% discount, less than 30 days from the date of your buy, upon presentation of the bill.
Somehow the sale is final on articles at 70% and more discount: no refund, exchange, credit or price adjustment.
Please note that there is no price adjustment only by presenting the bill, or if the article has been damaged.
Without the bill or after 30 days, articles at regular price or at less than 30% discount can be exchanged at the “en vigueur” price, if the product is still available.
Out of date products cannot be returned nor exchanged.
To be returned, any article must not have been used, must be intact and in its original box or packing.
Are there any return politics for special orders?
All special orders are final sales: therefore cannot be exchanged nor refunded.
Final sale politics also apply for articles sold with volume discount or “breakage” discount.
